What to tell us
Give us the city you are leaving from and the one you are flying to, your dates and approximate times, and the number of passengers. It helps to know what you are bringing as well, whether that is sample cases and display material for a trade fair, skis for a winter trip to Zakopane in the Tatra Mountains, or just a lot of luggage for a long stay. If the trip includes more than one Polish city, list the stops in order, and we will quote the whole itinerary together. If this is your first charter, tell us, and we will set aside time to explain how a booking works before you agree to anything.
Which airport you will use
Warsaw Chopin Airport (EPWA/WAW) serves the capital, and Kraków John Paul II International Airport (EPKK/KRK) serves Kraków and the south of the country. Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport (EPGD/GDN) is on the Baltic coast, and Copernicus Wrocław Airport (EPWR/WRO) covers Wrocław and Lower Silesia in the southwest. Which one is right depends on the aircraft and on where your meeting or hotel is, and your advisor will set the options side by side when the quote goes out.
What happens next
We will send back a few aircraft that suit the trip and name the certified operator for each one, and you can ask us anything about them before you decide. Under DOT Part 295, when we book a flight as your agent rather than as the operator, we put it in writing. The same advisor quotes your trip, confirms it and stays with it through to landing. Summer weekends and the weeks around Christmas and New Year’s tend to book up first, so get in touch early if your dates fall then.
